How You'll Contribute
As a standout Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will:
- Communicate patient progress and concerns to supervisors and team members, while guiding families and nursing staff on follow-through programs.
- Assist with patient scheduling and ensure accurate daily post charges to patient records.
- Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment and equipment.
- Uphold the standards of the Company's Code of Business Conduct and applicable laws.
- Take on other duties as assigned to support our mission.

What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
- A degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program culminating in an Associate's degree.
- A current and valid state OTA license or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
