About Hugo Plumbing
Hugo Plumbing is a family-owned residential plumbing company serving homeowners across the greater Houston area. We're growing, and we're looking for a sharp, friendly Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company — the first person our customers talk to when they need help.
What you'll do
As our CSR, you're the front door of Hugo Plumbing. You'll:
- Answer incoming calls from homeowners and quickly understand what they need
- Schedule service appointments in our dispatch software, balancing customer urgency with technician availability
- Collect accurate job details: address, problem description, access instructions, and pricing expectations
- Coordinate with dispatchers and technicians to confirm arrivals, communicate delays, and follow up after jobs
- Follow up with customers after service to confirm satisfaction and request reviews
- Book return visits and promote our membership program to repeat customers
- Handle basic billing questions and route complex issues to the right team member
- Keep customer records clean and accurate in our system
What we're looking for
- 1+ years of customer service or call-handling experience (home services experience is a big plus)
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred — a large share of our customers speak Spanish at home
- Comfortable typing and navigating software while on the phone
- Calm under pressure — plumbing problems are often emergencies, and customers are stressed
- Clear, warm phone voice and solid written communication
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent in-office schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent
