New Year, New Opportunity! Dove Healthcare- Superior is seeking an assistant director of nursing to join our nurse leadership team!
If you are a nurse who is looking to take the next step in your career journey and use your experience to mentor, train and educate a team of caregivers while coordinating and overseeing the care of your patients, the role of RN nurse supervisor could be your next calling!
As the assistant director of nursing (ADON), you will:
- supervise the day to day activities of assigned residents and employees
- oversee infection prevention
- complete wound care
- provide staff education
- conduct internal audits
- ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations
- participate in an on-call rotation
Required Qualifications:
- current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a registered nurse (RN)
- degree from an accredited school of nursing
- wound care certification is preferred
