As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for operating a Stand-up Forklift (Crown Brand) and handling products weighing up to 2000 lbs. You will spend 75% or more of your day operating the forklift, while also frequently stepping on and off to pull, pick, and stage products. You will prepare orders for shipment using computer-generated work orders, check products, and load them into semi-trailers for shipment. Ensuring product and shipment quality specifications are met is essential. Additionally, you will perform safety checks on various warehouse equipment including a stand-up forklift, man-up, and order picker.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ months of recent experience operating a Stand-up Forklift (preferably Crown Brand, but not required).
- Comfortable reading and writing work reports to pick and pull.
- Comfortable working on computers.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and standing on feet all day in steel toes.

Work Environment
Our brand-new facility provides a pristine and efficient workspace. The distribution center, which is separate from the manufacturing building as of February 2024, spans 248,489 square feet. Work is available in two shifts: 1st Shift from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm (Monday-Friday) with overtime up to 2 hours before the shift, and 2nd Shift from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm (Monday-Friday) with overtime up to 2 hours after the shift. Please note, working one Saturday a month is mandatory, but scheduling is communicated well in advance and occasionally canceled.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.25/hr.
