Our mission is to bring high-quality, delicious baked goods to our community and beyond. We are looking for a highly motivated and independent sales professional to help us grow our business by establishing and managing multiple accounts with local businesses and individuals.


The Opportunity This is a unique, commission-only sales role perfect for a driven individual who wants full control over their income. You will be responsible for building a strong client base by selling our delicious, handcrafted baked goods to local coffee shops, restaurants, cafes, and specialty markets. Your success directly impacts your earnings, with no cap on what you can make.


Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and identify new wholesale opportunities with local businesses.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct product tastings and presentations to showcase the quality of our baked goods.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product line and production capabilities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.


What You’ll Earn (Commission Structure): This is a performance-based role where your income is directly tied to your sales. We offer a transparent and competitive 10% commission on all sales you generate.

  • 10% Straight Commission: You will earn 10% of the total revenue from every sale.
  • Clear Income Goal: We have a proven model that shows a representative can earn $50,000 annually by meeting a sales goal of $500,000 for the year.
  • Unlimited Earning Potential: There is no cap on your commission. If you sell more, you earn more.


This is a commission-only role. There is no base salary. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with this compensation model and highly motivated by the potential for high earnings.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, with a preference for experience in food sales, wholesale, or B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
  • A passion for food and an appreciation for quality baked goods is a plus!
