Responsibilities:
- Support and service a wide range of commercial lines accounts.
- Support agency producers with customer service-related tasks.
- Liaison between clients, producers, and insurance company representatives.
- Assist with marketing renewals and account rounding for current clients to maintain client retention.
- Responding to inquiries, problem-solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Obtaining and ensuring current and accurate information and documenting it per agency standards.
- Recommending coverages, completing and submitting applications and related documentation to appropriate markets.
- Marketing, quoting, and rating of new client business.

Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience at a general agency in commercial insurance account management. Property & Casualty Insurance License Required.
- Experience with Commercial Lines coverages.
- Independent Agency experience preferred.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including agency management software experience. Applied/EPIC preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and related software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
