Job Description✅ Drink Program & Menu Creation
- Design and execute signature cocktails, seasonal menus, and beverage pairings
- Infuse creativity into presentation, garnishes, and ingredient sourcing
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mixology trends and alcohol laws
✅ Bar Operations & Inventory
- Oversee daily bar operations including cleanliness, stock levels, and prep
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and track beverage costs
- Ensure proper storage and handling of spirits, wines, and mixers
✅ Guest Experience & Service
- Prepare drinks with consistency and speed while engaging guests
- Educate staff and customers on new cocktails and pairings
- Resolve any guest concerns quickly and professionally
✅ Team Leadership
- Train and supervise bartenders and barbacks
- Lead pre-shift meetings, assign roles, and monitor performance
- Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards
