Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Location: Lebanon, TN
Pay Rate: $19–$21 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our team in Lebanon, TN. This role is responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards through accurate measurement, inspection, and blueprint verification. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and experience working with measurement tools and technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Accurately use a tape measure and other measuring tools
- Identify defects and document quality issues
- Communicate findings clearly with production and management teams
- Maintain organized inspection records and reports
- Qualifications:
- Previous quality control or inspection experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficient in using a tape measure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
