Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing CNC manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production and efficiency. This role involves collaboration with various departments to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement in our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop CNC programs and tooling for machining operations.
- Optimize CNC manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
- Conduct quality control assessments to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvement initiatives.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for manufacturing processes.
- Utilize precision measurement tools to verify the quality of machined components.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CNC manufacturing and tool design.
- Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and machining processes.
- Familiarity with G-Code programming and CNC machine operation.
- Experience with quality control methodologies and processes.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
