Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification
- Demonstrated experience working with students who have a range of disabilities
- Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
- Innovative approach to lesson planning and differentiated instruction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and dedication to supporting student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans tailored to each student’s strengths and needs
- Adapt curriculum and instructional techniques to address learning differences
- Work collaboratively with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Maintain accurate and timely student records, documenting progress and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages student confidence and independence
