Job Title: CSR / Dispatcher (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Spanish Springs, NV
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Spanish Springs, NV. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy multitasking, and have strong communication skills.
Schedule
Training Period (First 3 Weeks):
- Monday – Friday
- Between 4:30 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible hours within this window)
Post-Training Schedules (based on assignment):
- 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
(Schedule preference will be discussed at time of hire)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct driver check-ins and monitor daily activity
- Review delivery photos for accuracy and compliance
- Manage and coordinate delivery schedules
- Respond to incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment
- Communicate effectively with drivers, team members, and customers
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or call center preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working early morning or flexible shifts
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
