About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join a growing contact center team. This is not a sales role—you’ll be helping customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing excellent support across phone, email, and chat.
Email and chat support experience is required. If you have strong written communication skills and enjoy helping customers through digital channels, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Make outbound calls to verify or clarify information as needed
Provide accurate and professional responses across all communication channels
Perform data entry (minimum 8,000 KPH alphanumeric)
Manage an average of 30–40 calls per day, each lasting 5–15 minutes
Gain product knowledge to confidently assist customers
Support other duties as assigned
Training & Support
1:1 training with an experienced trainer
Shadowing before taking calls
Not on phones for the first 4–6 weeks
Qualifications
Required: Experience with email and chat support
Strong customer service background — must genuinely enjoy helping others
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask while speaking with customers and navigating systems
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Prior data entry experience a plus
