Job DescriptionSMP Companionship and Care is actively seeking certified caregivers including CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs, for part time and full time position up to 40 hours a week in Woodbridge, VA and Surrounding areas. These roles involve providing compassionate in-home care to clients, assisting with daily activities, and offering companionship.

Qualifications:

· Must have a Certificate i.e. (PCA / HHA / NA / CNA)

· Previous caregiving experience preferred

· Compassionate, patient, and reliable

· Must pass background check

· Must have a valid driver’s license and own a car

Responsibilities:

· Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

· Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.

· Provide companionship and emotional support.

· Assist with light housekeeping and running errands.

· Help with mobility and transferring clients as required.

· Administer medications and follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.

· Monitor client’s health and report any changes to the family or healthcare provider.
