What You'll Do

As a Nursing Aide, you'll provide hands-on support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care while helping create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating
  • Pass medications and support residents according to their individual care needs after required training
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate team members
  • Provide compassionate support to residents living with dementia and memory-related conditions
  • Assist with mobility, activities, and maintaining resident safety
  • Help maintain clean, comfortable, and welcoming living spaces
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members
  • Document care using computers, iPads, and electronic charting systems

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • CNA or TMA certification is not required—we will train the right candidate
  • One year of experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to complete required annual in-service education and training requirements
  • Comfortable using technology, including electronic resident charting systems
  • Compassionate, patient, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care
