Job summary:
This role supports an electronics manufacturing organization focused on delivering dependable, high-quality technology solutions for mission-critical applications. Responsibilities:
* Assemble mechanical and electronic components according to drawings, work instructions, and standard procedures.
* Review work orders and pick sheets to collect correct parts and materials prior to assembly.
* Interpret technical documentation such as diagrams, assembly drawings, schematics, and test procedures.
* Use hand tools and basic assembly equipment to build, adjust, or repair components and subassemblies.
* Inspect parts and completed assemblies to identify defects or quality concerns and follow established procedures.
* Perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining consistent quality whether seated or standing.
* Solve routine assembly issues and escalate concerns as needed.
* Pack, weigh, label, and prepare finished items for shipment or storage.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation.
* Support production flow by completing additional assigned tasks as required.
Requirements:
* Availability to work Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, and Friday, 7:30 AM-11:30 AM.
* High school diploma or GED.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
* Willingness to perform repetitive work while maintaining accuracy and focus.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Basic computer skills.
* Positive work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality.
* Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a production environment.
Preferences:
* Prior experience in an electronic or mechanical assembly role.
* Skilled with basic hand tools.
* Familiarity with manufacturing or MRP software.
* Experience working in a production or warehouse environment.
Work environment:
* Manufacturing and production setting with standard warehouse and assembly conditions.
