Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position is ideal for experienced Occupational Therapists who thrive working with both elementary and secondary students across 1-2 district locations. As you provide essential therapy services, you'll play a vital part in student success throughout the 2025-2026 school year.
What you’ll bring:
- Active NV Occupational Therapy License required
- Experience delivering OT services within school-based settings
- Knowledge of caseload management with 50-55 students, spanning elementary and secondary levels
- Ability to perform assessments, evaluations, and deliver therapy in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborative and adaptive communication skills for working across teams and age groups
- Itinerant flexibility to serve students district-wide; paid travel provided
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough OT evaluations and ongoing assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings as part of the student support team
- Collaborate with educators, families, and district staff
- Maintain organized records using the district-supported IEP system (with training provided)
- Support the development of student skills for academic and daily life success
- Participate in paid administrative time, including team meetings
