Property Operations & Marketing Manager
(Full-time)

Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (or 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM)

Friday (Winter): 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Friday (Spring/Summer): 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview
This role is a hybrid operations + marketing position, designed to support Gorjian Acquisitions across property-level needs, portfolio oversight, and company branding/marketing. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the manager will serve as the “go-to” for keeping property operations running smoothly while also helping elevate the firm’s public presence and deal marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Property Operations

Assist with day-to-day oversight of the firm’s property portfolio.

Coordinate with third-party property managers, brokers, and vendors.

Monitor rent rolls, leasing status, and property-level KPIs.

Prepare and maintain property-level files, reports, and investor updates.

Track deadlines (lease expirations, insurance renewals, tax appeals, etc.).
Marketing & Communications

Prepare marketing materials for acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

Manage company social media, website, and branding initiatives.

Draft and design investor decks, flyers, and quarterly updates.

Coordinate press releases and community/industry marketing efforts.
Administrative Support

Provide executive support to acquisitions and operations teams.

Assist in scheduling, data entry, and CRM management.

Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva/Adobe, and CRM tools.

Interest in real estate and ability to multitask across operations and marketing.

Prior real estate, property management, or marketing experience a plus.
