Acutronic is looking for a Warehouse Specialist who will be responsible for receiving of incoming goods, kitting project specific components, and packaging product for shipping. This position is also responsible for the physical and electronic organization of the storeroom.
Warehouse Specialist
Your Roles/Responsibilities:
- Physically receive and visually inspect all incoming goods
- Perform receiving transactions against PO’s in ERP system
- Notify responsible parties of receipt of goods requiring incoming inspection
- Maintaining the organization of receiving areas
- Pull inventory against project BOM’s and prepare kits for wiring and/or assembly
- Perform project inventory transactions in ERP system
- Update project kits and perform inventory transactions as goods are received
- Issue kits and finished goods to Wiring, Assembly and Customer Service Departments; maintain finished goods/kit logbook
- Maintain physical and ERP organization and housekeeping of storeroom
- Participate in cycle count inventory
- Calculate crate sizes
- Verify status of systems with Project Management, confirm all system components are ready, and available for packing and shipping
- Provide internal shipping documents to Administration for processing
Your Profile/Qualifications/Skills:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must attend Fork Truck training and obtain certification
- At least two years of experience in Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, Utilizing ERP systems, or Forklift operation.
