Summer Class Assistant (June-July-Aug)

Schedule:

• Part-time or Full-time
• 5:00 pm–11:00 pm Monday - Friday
• 4:00 pm-10:00 pm Saturday
• Ideal for someone looking for flexible shifts during the summer
• If you're a foodie, you'll be in the classroom to observe a variety of Chefs teaching many culinary techniques and cuisines

About the Role:
Our classes are lively, high-energy, and guest-focused — and we’re looking for Class Assistants to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:
During evening classes, Class Assistants will:

• Set up cook stations and classrooms before class (cutting boards, kitchen utensils, etc.)
• Refill oils, seasonings, butter, bar items, and guest supplies
• Assist with check-in and apron distribution as guests arrive for class
• Assist guests with drinks
• Assist Chef during class (fetching items for Chef as needed, moving guests' food in/out of oven, occasionally preparing and serving side dishes for guests)
• Bus tables
• Occasional dishwashing
• Reset dining areas between courses
• Complete end-of-night cleaning and closing checklists
• Help prepare the classroom for the next day’s class

What We’re Looking For:

• Dependable availability, including some Friday & Saturday evenings
• Comfortable interacting with our guests and providing excellent customer service
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Friendly, calm, and team-oriented
• Prior kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
