Sales producer is responsible for generating new business and expanding existing client relationships. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.
Key responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring new clients, conducting needs assessments, presenting and explaining policy options, and managing ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction. Success in this role requires an understanding of insurance products, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. Commission is based on achieving sales goals, average commission equates to an additional $6/hour, there is no cap!
