About Us:
Churchgate Protective Services is a trusted security firm providing professional guard services throughout New York. We’re expanding and seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our client base by securing new business contracts with commercial, residential, and other industries where security services are essential.

Position Overview:
The Sales Representative will focus on generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing security service contracts. This role combines office, field, and remote work — ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong networking and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and identify potential new client sites across various industries (residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, construction, etc.)
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and in-person visits
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers (property managers, business owners, directors)
  • Prepare and present proposals for security contracts
  • Negotiate contract terms in alignment with company standards
  • Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure successful account setup and staffing
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in security, facility management, or staffing
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset
  • Familiarity with the NYC metro area and local businesses is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
