Pay Rate: $16–$18/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Option 1: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST
- Option 2: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Assignment Duration: 3+ months
Start Date: November 10, 2025
location: 100% Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front desk support in a virtual setting
- Perform accurate and timely data entry
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Follow established procedures for releasing information
- Communicate the status of medical records to relevant parties
- Send medical records to appropriate recipients
Preferred Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who bring:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a plus, but not required
