Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

- Respond to all Client inquiries within one business day

-Answer inbound customer service and sales calls

- Proactively reach out to potential clients through warm calling and social media

- Prepare sales proposals, quote , and close deals

- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using Salesforce or other CRM tools

- Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and technical sales skills to effectively communicate the value of our products or services
