Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Commercial Construction Worker to support commercial projects across various Walker Property Services sites. This full-time role requires expertise in tile installation, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and commercial door installation.

Compensation:

$17 - $24 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Install bathroom partitions, drop ceilings, and EIFS repairs.
• Carpentry, acoustical ceiling installation
• Maintain and use basic hand tools effectively.
• Travel to different job sites as required.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Must have a smartphone for job-related communication.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Proficiency in commercial sliding door installation and masonry work.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel between project sites.
