Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company
Duration: 1 Year (Possible Extension)
Location: Mounds View, MN 55112
Shift: 1st Shift
Role Summary
- Inventory, shipping, and distribution support role
- Requires strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks
- Works independently under limited supervision

Key Responsibilities
- Prep iPads: barcode labeling, casing, software enrollment/updates
- Manage inventory control (raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods)
- Perform physical counts and reconcile inventory records
- Verify incoming/outgoing shipment quantities
- Support shipping, receiving, packaging, and distribution tasks
- Analyze inventory levels and coordinate with production/sales
- Report workflow or device issues and suggest improvements
- Support special projects and minor process improvements
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide guidance and training to team members as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inventory or shipping experience
- Broad knowledge of inventory and operational systems
- Comfortable working independently
Nice to Have
- FedEx Ship Manager experience
- Salesforce.com exposure
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
