Key Responsibilities
Depending on your experience level (Electrician vs. Assistant), your daily responsibilities will include:

Installation & Repair: Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment, fixtures, and control systems.

Infrastructure: Run and install various types of raceway and cable tray systems.

Diagnostics: Troubleshoot complex motor and control systems (Electrician) or assist with diagnostic testing (Assistant).

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on existing electrical wiring and infrastructure.

Safety First: Adhere strictly to all quality, local, and National Electrical Codes (NEC) to ensure a safe work environment.
What We Are Looking For (Qualifications)
For Electricians:

Proven previous experience as an electrician (commercial experience is a huge plus).

Strong familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, technical manuals, and electrical engineering concepts.

Advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
For Electrician Assistants:

A strong work ethic and a desire to learn the electrical trade.

Familiarity with basic electrical equipment, hand tools, and safety practices.

Ability to follow blueprints/diagrams under direct supervision.

Background in a related field or trade school is a plus.
