iCRYO is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Registered Nurse to provide high-quality wellness and recovery services while building and managing their own client base within the iCRYO facility. This commission-only role is ideal for an RN who values independence, flexibility, and income growth tied directly to performance.
The Registered Nurse will deliver iCRYO services in compliance with medical protocols while actively developing personal clientele through referrals, education, and relationship-buildingleveraging iCRYOs brand, space, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform iCRYO services within RN scope of practice, including but not limited to:
- IV infusion and vitamin therapy
- Intramuscular and subcutaneous injections
- Wellness and recovery services as permitted by state law
- Conduct client assessments and reviews of medical history prior to treatment through our telehealth program
- Ensure all treatments comply with medical protocols, standing orders, and iCRYO policies
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant client documentation
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and professionalism
Business Development & Client Growth
- Build and maintain a personal clientele under the iCRYO brand
- Educate clients on services, wellness benefits, and personalized treatment plans
- Drive repeat visits and client retention through relationship-based care
- Generate referrals through networking, social engagement, and client experience
- Collaborate with iCRYO staff to cross-promote services and memberships
Professional & Operational Responsibilities
- Maintain an active RN license in good standing
- Follow all state, federal, and iCRYO medical and operational guidelines
- Communicate professionally with management and the medical director
- Maintain malpractice insurance if required
- Represent iCRYO in a positive and professional manner at all times
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience (IV therapy or wellness experience preferred)
- Strong venipuncture skills and clinical confidence
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
