We are looking to partner with experienced residential subcontractor crews for a variety of ongoing home renovation and new construction projects in Cecil County, MD and surrounding areas.

We are not hiring individuals — this is for crews or companies with their own workers who can manage full scopes or assist on larger projects.

Types of Work We Typically Subcontract:

• Framing & Carpentry: interior framing, additions, sunrooms, decks, pergolas

• Siding: demo + install, vinyl, composite, and other materials

• Roofing: shingle and metal roofing, tear-off and new installs

• Windows & Doors: removal and installation, including standard, bay, sliders

• General Residential Renovations: interior trim, drywall, insulation, minor concrete, misc. punch work

Opportunity for Commercial work.

What We’re Looking For:

• Crews with relevant experience and proper tools/equipment

• Attention to quality and ability to meet deadlines

• Familiarity with reading residential plans or working alongside general contractors

• Good communication and ability to coordinate with other trades on-site
