Job Summary:
- Ensures patients receive the right level of care throughout their treatment journey
- Identifies and improves processes and systems within the imaging department.
- Leads a collaborative team and sets clear goals to maintain high-quality service
- Trains new staff to provide compassionate and effective patient care.
- Builds strong relationships with physicians and provides timely updates.
- Focuses on customer satisfaction—patients, doctors, and staff.
- Manages budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently
- Tracks performance and implements service improvements based on trends
- Uses project management tools to complete tasks and goals
- Coaches and mentors team members to grow professionally.
- Stays updated with industry trends through education and professional groups.
- Works closely with hospital staff to ensure top-quality patient care.
- Represents the hospital in committees and community organizations.
Required
- Min 3 years experience in a leadership position
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with strong business and strategic planning skills.
- Bachelor's Degree (Approved School of Radiologic Technologist)
- American Registry or Radiologic Technologists
Shift: 8 am – 5pm (weekend and on- call as needed)
