Grindstone Pavers is hiring skilled and motivated Landscapers to join our team in Wilmington, OH. We work on a wide range of high-quality residential and commercial projects involving landscaping, hardscaping, masonry, and concrete work. If you take pride in outdoor work and have hands-on experience in the field, we’d love to hear from you.
Position Overview:
As a Landscaper, you’ll play a key role in the installation and maintenance of outdoor spaces. From planting and mulching to paver installation and concrete work, this role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, weeding, edging, and general maintenance
- Assist in hardscape installations including pavers, retaining walls, and masonry features
- Support concrete prep and finishing for patios, walkways, and driveways
- Use landscaping tools and equipment (shovels, rakes, compactors, saws, etc.)
- Follow layout plans and instructions from crew leaders
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Work efficiently in a team environment under varying weather conditions
Requirements:
- Experience in landscaping and/or hardscaping preferred
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for planting, mulching, and masonry
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
