Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Administer physical therapy interventions, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as part of an interdisciplinary team
  • Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through continuing education

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous professional experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology
  • Proficient in implementing therapeutic exercises and activities
  • Must have a strong passion for providing high-quality physical therapy in a fast-paced environment
