Job Title: Data Entry Tech/Data Scrubber
Location: San Antonio, TX 78212
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Hourly Rate: $17 - 18/hr
Contract Duration: 6 months
Desired Start Date: As soon as possible
About the Role:
Join our Resource and Compliance Department as a temporary Data Scrubber and play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our service line data. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-impact project, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and gaining valuable experience working with GIS, asset management systems, and data review processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate Service Line information in various systems including Geocortex, INFOR Work Order, INFOR Asset Management, and Billing Lookup modules.
- Cross-reference and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of the Lead and Copper Project database.
- Utilize Geocortex and current SOPs to identify relevant As Built information for service lines.
- Research property build dates and service line details using online real estate resources to supplement existing data.
- Update and maintain accurate records in Excel spreadsheets provided by GIS, tracking Material, As Built Install Date, and Property Build Date.
- Use INFOR modules to identify service line replacements and ensure all records reflect the latest information.
- Perform additional data research and validation tasks as assigned, supporting the project’s compliance and data integrity objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven proficiency with Excel and comfortable working with multiple data management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and review.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic understanding of GIS tools (Geocortex) and asset management systems is preferred, but training will be provided.
- Experience with online real estate search tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures.
