Salary: $19.00 - $25.00 DOE
CALLING ON ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE LOOKING FOR A SECOND/THIRD SHIFT! THIS IS A LONG-TERM OPPORTUNTY AND THE PAY IS $19.00 - $25.00 DOE!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish and supervise production scheduling activities in the following ways:
- Monitor product inventory.
- Track progress of loads and review factors that affect schedules.
- Daily entering of data and compiling/completing time-sensitive reports
- Check drivers in & out throughout day, print BOL's and outbound details.
- Obtain shipper's releases number, destination, and trailer number.
- Assign doors to drivers.
Always provide customer service to customers and visitors in the following ways:
- Manage customer order handling, inventory control, and material handling functions.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mails, letters, packages etc.).
- Assisting with inquiries and problem resolution
- Prepare customer delivery reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and using information to proactively communicate with customers.
Education and Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately.
- Working knowledge of Office 365 and AS400 a plus.X
