Location: Yardley, PA (Onsite Monday–Thursday, Remote Fridays)
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Overview:Our client, a well-established financial services organization based in Yardley, PA, is seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter to join their team. This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiting professional with a strong track record in full-cycle recruiting across a variety of industries, preferably including financial services, banking, or private equity. The recruiter will play a key role in driving the end-to-end hiring process, collaborating closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to attract and hire top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer for a variety of roles across the organization.
  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using a mix of traditional and creative methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their business needs and hiring objectives.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Manage job postings and leverage various sourcing tools, platforms, and networks to attract diverse talent.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure timely updates to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Assist in the offer process, negotiation, and pre-onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting within the ATS and recruitment dashboards.
  • Act as a consultative partner, providing market intelligence and recommendations on hiring strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and in-house settings.
  • Previous experience recruiting within financial services, banking, or private equity environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions across various departments and levels.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and social media.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfortable working onsite in Yardley, PA Monday through Thursday (remote on Fridays).
