Join our amazing team! We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational or Speech Therapist who specializes in feeding to join our team. This part-time role is designed for someone who wants to work weekdays in a clinic setting with the option to grow your caseload with Early Intervention and off-site partnerships. You'll work closely with other professionals to support parents and infants with breast and bottle feeding and transitions to solid foods. You will also work with "picky eaters" of all ages.

We specialize in a comprehensive range of services, including occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech and language therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals frombirth to 18 years of age. Job Summary
- Evaluate and treat infants and children with feeding challenges. Therapy is provided in the clinic or home settings if you do EI.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in family and caregiver education to support patient progress and generalization of skills.
- Engage in regular supervisory meetings and feedback sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
- Contribute to team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in your field
Required Knowledge, skills, abilities:
- Masters or doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology and licensed in Colorado
- Advanced training in working with feeding challenges
- Current state licensure.
- Strong clinical skills in evaluation and treatment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy.
Preferred qualities:
- Training as a lactation consultant
- Experience with reflex integration techniques
- Advanced training in manual therapy and body work techniques such as CST and MFR
- Medicaid credentialed
Compensation & Benefits:
- Earn up to $55 per hour, depending on experience level andtime spent providing direct patient care.
