Job DescriptionWe're looking for a registered dental hygienist to join our growing team! You’ll complete initial patient screenings, conduct dental cleanings, and assist dentists with examinations and procedures. $35 - $40 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Aid dentists by deliberating the best way to treat a variety of dental disease
- Keep detailed records of each patient’s visit and update their health history
- Educate patients of all ages on how to take care of their teeth through good flossing and brushing twice daily
- Advise patients on how to properly care for their teeth after a procedure or operation
- Identify dental issues such as periodontitis, gingivitis, or cavities so they can be treated as soon as possible
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Licensed to practice as a dental hygienist in the state
- Valid CPR certification
- 1-2 years of work experience as a dental hygienist
- Clear understanding and commitment to following HIPAA regulations and all safety guidelines
