Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, located in Enfield, NH. This role involves serving a middle school caseload within a regional school district. The assignment is travel-based, providing a unique opportunity to work in different educational settings while supporting students with special needs.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid certification in Special Education.
- Experience working with middle school-aged students.
- Strong background in behavior management, specifically with students on the autism spectrum.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized instruction tailored to the academic and behavioral needs of students with disabilities.
- Manage and support a caseload of middle school students requiring special education services.
- Implement behavior intervention plans, particularly for students diagnosed with autism.
- Collaborate with general educators, families, and support staff to promote student success.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student progress and compliance with special education regulations.
