Locations: Leola, PA & Middletown, PA
Pay: $20.00 - $23.50/hour (based on experience)

We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a High Reach Receiver / Dock Worker. Whether you're experienced with forklifts or just solid on your feet, this is your chance to grow with a company that values stability, training, and internal promotion.
What You'll Do:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
- Sort and break down freight by item type and expiration codes
- Log inventory using RF scanners to ensure real-time tracking
- Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date receiving records
- Support inventory counts and assist with general warehouse upkeep
- Unload freight using equipment (Docker/Pacer forklift experience is a plus)
What We're Looking For:
- Previous warehouse or dock work experience preferred
- Comfortable using RF scanners or digital inventory systems
- Great attention to detail - accuracy matters here
- Able to lift, move, and organize items in a high-energy setting
- Bonus: Experience operating Docker or Pacer forklifts
