Job DescriptionJoin Our Team as a Senior Process Analyst – Cash Operations
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in financial operations? We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Process Analyst to join our dynamic team focused on optimizing cash flow across ATMs, Branches, and vaults.
In this role, you’ll dive deep into cash transaction data, policies, and operational procedures to ensure seamless cash availability for customers. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to maintain optimal cash levels, support forecasting tools, and respond swiftly to unplanned events like weather disruptions.
Your analytical expertise will be key in identifying cash reduction opportunities, improving forecasting accuracy, and driving process improvements. You’ll also lead initiatives such as vault setup projects and provide insightful reporting to leadership on performance trends and inventory health.
What You’ll Do:

Analyze cash usage patterns and identify schedule adjustments

Maintain and optimize cash inventory across multiple channels

Partner with stakeholders to implement vendor and vault strategies

Support recovery efforts during unexpected events

Lead process improvement projects and documentation updates

Present monthly metrics and performance insights to leadership
What You Bring:
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in banking operations, treasury management, or ATM/Branch support

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Proven analytical skills and experience with spreadsheets and databases

High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree or military experience

Certifications in LEAN, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
