- Assisting sheet metal mechanics on commercial job sites
- Helping with duct installation, layout, and material handling
- Using basic hand & power tools safely and efficiently
- Keeping work areas clean and organized
- Learning the trade while working on real, high‑profile projects
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Some commercial construction or sheet metal experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Basic hand tools & PPE
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work overtime when needed

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
