Position Summary:
We are seeking a strong and clinically driven Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations at our skilled nursing facility in the Toledo area. The ADON will help ensure regulatory compliance, clinical excellence, and high-quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the DON with oversight of nursing staff, scheduling, and daily clinical operations
• Support survey readiness and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Monitor clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness
• Provide coaching, education, and support to nursing team members
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control efforts
• Assist with admissions, assessments, and care plan oversight as needed
• Help manage incidents, investigations, and performance improvement plans

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio RN license required
• Prior leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey process
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
