Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license required; candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) will be considered.
- Experience working in school settings preferred.
- Ability to manage a caseload of 36-40 preschool students across 3-4 campuses.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a dedication to supporting student development.
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
Assignment Type: School Year Contract
Work Hours: 35 hours per week
Caseload Details: Serving 36-40 students, primarily preschool-aged, across multiple campuses
Work Setting: Onsite only
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Deliver direct therapy services tailored to the unique needs of each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation adhering to school and state guidelines.
