We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to act as the initial point of contact to our company and guardian of our homeowners' most valuable asset, their home. In this role, you will manage the full customer experience - from initial networking and consultation to securing signed service agreements for roofing and exterior services solutions. You will serve as a consultant, identifying homeowner needs, conducting on-site inspections, and offering ethical, realistic solutions.

The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder capable of closing company-provided leads at a high closing percentage while simultaneously generating their own lead flow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Networking: The company will provide warm leads to start with daily, but those should be just be a starting point for you to Independently generate new leads by canvassing, networking with realtors/insurance agents, and representing the company at local events.
  • Sales Performance: Attend company-provided leads with a required 30-50% closing ratio.
  • Consultation & Presentation: Deliver compelling face-to-face presentations and provide transparent, integrity-based assessments and quotes.
  • Inspection: Perform on-site roof and exterior inspections, including safely climbing and navigating ladders and sloped roofs.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain CRM documentation (e.g., Client Tether) and treat every project as the foundation for a long-term relationship.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of self-generating leads.
  • Demonstrated ability to close warm leads at a high percentage (30-50%+).
  • Strong professional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse homeowners.
  • Physical ability to carry/transport a 25-30 lb. ladder and inspect roofs.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (i.e. CRM, Google Suite).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in roofing, home services, or construction sales.
  • Existing local professional network (Realtors, HOA managers, Insurance Agents).
  • Fluency in Spanish or other locally relevant languages.
  • Certified FAA-issued Remote Pilot (Part 107 License).

Work Environment & Compensation

  • Compensation: 100% commission-based.
  • Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week).
  • Environment: Field-based role requiring travel and outdoor work in various weather conditions. Flexibility for evenings and Saturdays is required to accommodate homeowner availability.
