POSITION OVERVIEW:
Forever Roofing is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in sales and/or roofing who are confident in working directly with homeowners, conducting inspections, and closing deals.
You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality service, identifying roofing needs, and providing solutions that protect our clients’ homes. Top performers in this role are competitive, relationship-driven, and results-focused.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough roof inspections and accurately assess customer needs
- Sell roofing systems, repairs, and maintenance services using company processes
- Clearly explain findings and present tailored solutions to homeowners
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process
- Manage appointments, follow-ups, and project timelines effectively
- Meet or exceed weekly lead, closing ratio, and monthly revenue goals
- Maintain a closing ratio of:

- 40%+ on full roof replacements
- 50%+ on repairs and maintenance
- Achieve monthly sales targets of $100,000+
- Submit all contracts and required paperwork to office asap after closing
- Coordinate with coworkers to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, professional company vehicle and appearance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Required:
- 1+ years of outside sales experience and/or 2+ Years of roofing industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust quickly and close deals effectively
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders and work on roofs (up to 40 ft)
- Lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortably checking attics spaces every job.
