Position Summary
KaiserAir is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Trainee to join our team and develop within a high-performance FBO environment. This entry-level role provides structured, hands-on training in front-of-house operations. The CSR Trainee will learn to anticipate customer needs, coordinate services with accuracy, and contribute to an elevated client experience consistent with KaiserAir standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Professionally greet and assist passengers, crew members, and guests
• Support front desk operations with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Coordinate aircraft services, including fueling, hangar, catering, and ground transportation
• Communicate effectively via telephone, email, and radio systems
• Assist with trip coordination and customer service requests
• Process transactions and maintain accurate operational records
• Ensure all customer-facing areas reflect a high standard of presentation
• Collaborate with line service and operations personnel to ensure seamless service delivery
• Adhere to all company safety, security, and operational procedures
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or luxury service environments
• Interest in aviation or related industry
• Experience working in high-touch service settings
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments
