Our organization, recognized as the ‘Best Continuing Care Retirement Community in the U.S. 2025’ by a leading magazine, is currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Health Center (Skilled Nursing) team in Santa Barbara, CA.
Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time Benefitted - 4/2 rotation
- Compensation: $51 - $57/hr. (Dependent on Experience)
- Shift: Evenings from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- Additional: Shift differentials available for Nights & Weekends!
Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Oversee the comprehensive nursing needs of residents while embracing our organization’s “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.”
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors, facilitating participation in the daily life of residents.
- Coordinate assignments with care partners and hold each team member accountable for the quality of resident care and satisfaction.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A current RN license in the applicable state.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings is preferred.
