Shift & Pay

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts, compressed workweek)
• Pay: $21.50 – $23.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing machines, including robotic assembly equipment.
• Operate traditional fabrication equipment and handle wafer/panel processing tools.
• Feed materials into machines and remove finished products from the line.
• Perform first-level maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Ensure smooth operation of assigned production equipment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Cleanroom experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
