Summary
Connect Search is recruiting for a Administrative Assistant / Office Manager / Receptionist for a client on the West Side of Madison WI. This role offers bonus opportunities and a team oriented company culture.
Location: Madison WI 53717
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 + Bonus + 7% retirement contribution

Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative support to upper management
- Help with FINRA compliance
- Operate receptionist software to answer, screen, forward calls and take messages.
- Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.
- Maintain document inventory
- Maintain postage meter and overnight envelopes
- Responsible for ordering all office supplies and forms
- Maintain kitchen area –ordering and stocking supplies
Qualifications
- Prior experience within the financial services, banking, investment, or other relevant industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
