Valleywide Dig and Haul is a growing Civil Construction Contractor and we're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent time management abilities, proven communication skills, and a solutions-focused mindset and support various departments. Responsibilities
- Manage daily office tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
- Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Supporting the estimating and sales team by assisting with workflow, process, and documentation.
- Assist with customer support inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
- Handle correspondence, including drafting emails and memos.
- Support the team with various clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, typing skills, spreadsheets, Salesforce, Adobe and more.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive can-do attitude and willing to take on challenges.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: DOE, starting $18.00/hr
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
