Structural Associates, Inc. (SAI) is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex projects and mentor our growing team. If you’re passionate about innovative design and want to make an impact in Michigan’s built environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead structural design for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver exceptional results.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
• Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with codes and design intent.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Michigan (or eligible to obtain promptly).
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and structural analysis software.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship available).
